Group description : We seek to create a social and political network for women and men to ensure equality between men and women on the University of Chicago campus, as well the greater Chicago community. We hope to provide a more encompassing social network for women on campus. We are concerned with issues such as fighting sexual violence on campus and ensuring that adequate avenues are available to survivors of sexual violence, equal
employment of women on campus, particularly in the ranks of professors, general treatment of women on this campus within the student body, on staff, and among the faculty, and other issues that must be resolved to ensure a truly equal partnership between women and men on this campus.

Current Projects:

-Getting a sexual harassment and sexual
assault policy on campus

- Trainings for RAs/RHs/RMs

- Improving accessibility of campus resources for sexual assault/harassment.abuse

-Events celebrating positive representations of women and
women's sexuality for love your body day (in the fall)

-Take Back the Night
